some of my customers have problems with the SL system skirts,they only appear in appearance mode,and I have no idea how to fix it,same skirts look perfect on me or another customers...I havn't a clue what the problem is...any ideas ???

tell them to make sure that the "avatar mesh" slider is up over 50% in prefs under advanced graphics. Then clear their cache and relog.
Actually, the trick I learned is to go into appearance mode, move the sliders up and down for any part of the skirt (has to be modifiable), and it will disappear for a second, but when it reappears, you can exit appearance mode and it shows up. It sounds weird, but it works.

oh i have to try that mine dissappear too but just in the windlight client
iknow what problem is cause i talked to this linden girl on live chat about it. it happens when server for loading system skirt is corrupted so only thing you can do is to try client/character/character test/test female or to wait till next maintence when servers are sorted out-->it has nothing to do with you tho dear Mimi xoxoxoo:D
Thank you MO,yes it's an SL bug,Ana gave me the hint to search for it in the SL Jira,there was a lot to read about this bug,I hope they'll fix it asap...thank you all for your support:)
